Tutor Appreciation

"I am writing this to express my gratitude for the exceptional effort Ann Collins has displayed and the invaluable support she has shown me throughout my time with her during my qualification. I want to say how much I appreciated the phone conversations with Ann. Ann was always available at the other end of the phone regardless of the day and time throughout finishing off my level 5 Leadership and Management course and throughout preparation for my EPA. Ann even sent me a text the morning of my EPA and followed up with a call afterwards to check if everything went well and ensuring that I was okay.

If it wasn’t for Ann’s support, commitment and positive encouragement I feel that I would not have completed either. Ann always provided reassurance when I was doubting myself, especially when completing the observation forms for the EPA.

Ann was clear at all times what was expected, what could be achieved and the time frame. Even giving me a positive nudge when I started feeling overwhelmed with the EPA forms, reminding me how close I was to finishing, so that I didn’t lose it all.

From the first phone call Ann put me at ease and reassured me that she was committed to support me to complete my award. My second call was approximately a 90 minute call of oral questioning to complete the gaps. The 90 minutes whizzed by and Ann had made me feel so at ease, that it felt like I was talking to someone that I knew / previously met. I feel that this call well prepared me for my EPA assessment. All of the following conversations were always positive and uplifting and it always felt that I had known Ann for ages.

I have also spoken to my company’s CEO about Ann’s fantastic support and recommended Sutton Coldfield Training and especially Ann Collins as an excellent assessor to both the CEO and the training manager."
