End Point Assessment Completers

We are proud to announce that three of our staff members have successfully completed their apprenticeships. Tiffany and Ashleigh completing their Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration and Ernest completing his Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service alongside their busy and demanding roles in the office. Describing it as an enriching experience that was often quite challenging at times, they are very grateful for the opportunity to enhance their skillset and further their education. Being entered for the End point Assessment was a daunting task but Tiffany and Ashleigh showed great promise and determination resulting in them getting a Distinction grade. Ernest received a pass grade respectively.  

Very impressed with outstanding presentations and a detailed storyboard, the ICQ Consultant was very impressed with the demonstration of knowledge and understanding of the apprenticeship. The students are very proud of this achievement and are very eager to progress further in their respective areas.
