"Ann is a fantastic lady and has been an absolute pleasure to work with and helping me to complete my course. Ann has supported me when most assessors would have taken me off the course, i fell behind and thought that i couldn't achieve the completion of this course with everything i was dealing with in my personal life. If it had not been for Ann's patience and understanding and giving me the opportunity to take time out over the festive period i would of surely failed. Once Ann had given me the chance to open up and tell her what was going on we came up with a new plan of action which was to do it using recorded discussions and i was amazed by how quick and easy it was. I can only give thanks and gratitude to Ann for her support in making sure i was comfortable and happy before each and every meeting.
